Ownership Benefits

Our Targeted approach
Our targeted approach to serving the needs of stay-at-home, part-time, and shift working parents allows for more focused marketing efforts and a better understanding of parent’s needs. This expertise helps us build trust with the families we serve.

a specialized market
By serving a specialized market, our Centers have the ability to utilize lucrative pricing structures, which can lead to stronger financial outcomes. Niche businesses like Mango’s Place also tend to be less vulnerable to economic downturns or changes in consumer behavior affecting broader markets. The specialized nature of our offerings creates a more resilient business model.

Word-of-mouth marketing
Parents are more likely to recommend hourly care to others who share similar needs. As a result, positive word-of-mouth marketing can be particularly effective in growing new Centers.

Membership
Mango’s Place is a membership-based model allowing for recurring revenue. Families can utilize our services for their children from six weeks of age to seven years of age and will pay an annual membership fee.
Building relationships with our families fosters customer loyalty, as parents are more likely to remain loyal to a brand they have a continued relationship with.

Packages
“Parents love our (Hours by the Bunch) packages allowing them a convenient way to pay. By purchasing bulk hours, this gives families a quick check out at the end of their reservation. Parents continue purchasing packages as their hours diminish which creates a reoccurring revenue stream and a convenient way to “do childcare”.

Academic Programs
Owners use memberships as a platform for cross-selling additional services. This can lead to increased sales and a more comprehensive offering for parents.
A monthly tuition is payed August – May for the academic programs and the months of June – August are supplemented through our weekly summer camp options. This revenue accounts for approximatley 15% of total gross sales for the year.

Higher employee satisfaction
Weekday-only hours make it easier to maintain a consistent and stable staff schedule. This can lead to higher employee satisfaction, as staff members have predictable working hours and days off. This flexibility can contribute to a more positive work environment.

reduced operational costs
Running a center on weekdays leads to reduced operational costs. For example, utilities, staffing, and other overhead expenses may be lower compared to daycare centers that operate seven days a week.

Staff retention
Weekday-only centers face less competition when hiring and retaining staff, as the schedule aligns with the traditional workweek. This can make it easier to attract and retain qualified and dedicated childcare professionals.
